Why A Plus Cricket?

Person Centred Coaching

At A Plus Cricket, every player is unique and a priority. The coaching methodologies developed are specifically constructed for the players themselves, targeted at improving, skill, technique, mindset and off field essentials such as exercise and nutrition. Are you shy, overwhelmed, curious or even confused? That’s no problem as we’ve all been there, and through coaching, we aim to develop a relationship with the player rather than coaching plainly.

Coaching, Communicating

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to go pro, understanding how the game works and ways to conquer requires a lot of thinking and learning. At A Plus Cricket, the coaching is simplified and structured such as by breaking down key topics, giving demonstrations and tailoring drills and training plans according to the players understanding and capacities. Many coaches simply ‘tell’ fundamentals and expect players to adapt to it. However, we ensure to show empathy, patience and kindness while adapting coaching methodologies based on the players progress.

Benefits!

Studying Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology has tremendously encouraged a drive to promote the importance of exercise and nutrition for cricket players and their parents to prevent risks of injuries and health complications. Cricket is not only about batting, bowling, fielding. It’s much more than that! It’s about preparation and management of your health which not only boosts your cricketing performance, but everyday lifestyles. (Included in each coaching session)
